Craving for some tangy, juicy and crunchy peppers in under 10 minutes? This garnish is a great accompaniment to any appetizers to spice things up. This is also healthier than the canned option as it does not contain any preservatives

Ingredients

  • 2 cups peppers of your choice

  • 1 cups apple cider vinegar / vinegar

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • Chop your peppers into into circular rings and place in a clean glass jar
  • Over a medium heat, boil the vinegar, sugar & salt solution until both the sugar and salt is dissolved
  • Pour this liquid mixture into the glass jar with the peppers. Make sure that the peppers are completely submerged
  • Place your glass jar in the fridge and make sure that the peppers are sitting in the solution for atleast 24 hours before consumption for the best taste

PRO TIP

  • You can easily swap out the peppers for some of your other favorite veggies like onions, chilli’s, carrots, cucumber etc
