minutesThis version of roasted salmon fillets is so simple and elegant that it takes less than 30 minutes to make. With fresh herbs from our home garden, this salmon is healthy, filled with omega-3 oils
Ingredients
500 grams salmon fillets (cut into 2-3 equal portions)
- Spice Mix
2 tbsp Italian bread crumbs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp minced fresh rosemary
1 tsp fresh thyme
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350F
- Line your baking sheet with parchment paper or you can also place the salmon fillets in a greased pan, skin side down
- Mix the spice mix together in a small mixing bowl, that contains italian bread crumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, red chilli powder, fresh rosemary & thyme
- Spread this spice mix to the salmon fillet
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes to desired doneness
PRO TIP
- We serve this herb roasted salmon with a mango salsa that is so quick and easy to make. Peel a mango, cut into small cubes, sprinkle some cayenne red pepper, fresh/dried cilantro leaves and a juice of one lime. Combine well and this salsa is ready
