minutesGarlic and egg fried rice is a good option for lunch or dinner or just a heavy brunch. Egg, garlic, rice & soy sauce works wonders and its an easy mouth watering recipe
Ingredients
5 chopped garlic cloves
4 eggs
2 cups par boiled rice
¼ tsp salt/ 1 chicken bouillon
¼ tsp pepper powder
1 tsp soy sauce
2 chopped spring onions
1 tsp olive oil
Directions
- In a well heated wok, add the olive oil & fry the chopped garlic until golden brown
- Remove the garlic and place aside
- In the same wok, add the eggs and quickly scramble
- Add the par-boiled rice, mix well until well combined
- Grate the chicken bouillon, add soy sauce and mix well till your hear the rice sizzle
- Add the chopped spring onions & the golden brown garlic
- Mix well and serve warm
PROTIP
- Serve this fried rice with chicken lolly pops or your favorite appetizer. However you can go with an easy chili dipping sauce as well
