Chicken 65 is a spicy entree that can also be a quick snack originating from India that is marinated in spices and shallow fried

Ingredients

  • 500 grams chicken tenders cut into cubes

  • 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder

  • ¼ tsp black pepper powder

  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

  • ¼ tsp coriander powder

  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp lime juice

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 1 tsp dried parsley

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

  • In a bowl, add the cubed chicken tenders, chilli powder, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, lime juice, dried parsley & salt
  • Mix this all well until the chicken is well combined in the spices and leave this marinade overnight in the refrigerator or for about an hour
  • When you are ready, heat the oil in a pan to medium hot heat and place the chicken pieces
  • Fry until well cooked that would take around 10 minutes
