Ingredients
500 grams chicken tenders cut into cubes
1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
¼ tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
¼ tsp coriander powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp lime juice
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
- In a bowl, add the cubed chicken tenders, chilli powder, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, lime juice, dried parsley & salt
- Mix this all well until the chicken is well combined in the spices and leave this marinade overnight in the refrigerator or for about an hour
- When you are ready, heat the oil in a pan to medium hot heat and place the chicken pieces
- Fry until well cooked that would take around 10 minutes
